IDX Coverage for

NY State MLS and My State MLS

Both REBNY and NY State MLS offer New York City IDX coverage. In general, REBNY has more NYC listings than NY State MLS.

NY State MLS members can contact NY State MLS at 888-769-7657 to confirm RETS-IDX fees that the MLS will charge in addition to iHomefinder service fees.

We also provide service for My State MLS. When approved for our service, member-clients must restrict listings to the state(s) where they are licensed via our IDX Control Panel. We can assist with this process.

My State MLS often has fewer listings in IDX than local association IDX data feeds. Please contact us if you have any questions about coverage in your local area.

To receive IDX service, you’ll need to complete an IDX license agreement, including broker signature, and be approved by your board.
