OneKey MLS

OneKey MLS is the result of a merger between Hudson Gateway MLS (HGMLS) and MLS of Long Island (MLSLI) as of March 2020. IDX is now combined under one MLS system. The increased fees are due to the larger IDX vendor fees that OneKey MLS is now charging. Some boards require us to pay additional vendor fees in order to provide our IDX service. To help cover these fees, clients are charged an additional data access fee (also referred to as a pass-through fee) in their iHomefinder account billing. We do evaluate these fees each quarter and do our best to reduce them when possible.

IDX Service Eligibility

IDX service is available only to active participants in the listed associations that operate MLS® Systems.
