IDX Coverage for

California Regional MLS (CRMLS) IDX Data Share (Greater Los Angeles Region)

As of April 2020, CARETS has transitioned to California Regional MLS (CRMLS). Our IDX service for CARETS® and CRMLS includes these listings:
1. CLAW/TheMLS™ (Greater LA, Malibu, and Palm Springs / BHGLAAR, MAR, PSRAR)
2. CRISNet MLS (San Fernando Valley / SRAR)
3. CRMLS (Orange County and Inland Empire)
4. i-Tech MLS (Pasadena and Glendale / PFAR / GAOR)
5. VCRDS MLS (Ventura County / VCCAR – Ventura County Coastal / CSMAR – Conejo Simi Moorpark)
Once approved for IDX in the CARETS® and CRMLS Southern California region, you will receive listings based on your MLS membership. (MLS membership is based on local board membership.)
Notes for Desert Area MLS (CDAR):
- CLAW/TheMLS™, CRISNet MLS, and CRMLS members can also have Desert Area MLS (Coachella Valley) listings added to their IDX upon request to iHomefinder. (Desert Area MLS listings are in addition to the Palm Springs MLS listings, which are already included automatically.)
- i-Tech MLS and VCRDS MLS members are not eligible for Desert Area MLS listings in IDX, however, they receive Palm Springs MLS listings automatically.
- Members of Desert Area MLS should not sign up for this MLS in our system, but for our local service for Desert Area MLS.
Note for Central Coast and Northern California CRMLS: IDX coverage for CRMLS in select areas of the Central Coast and Northern California is not included in this data feed, but is provided through our CRMLS Central Coast and Northern California Data Set.
Commercial listings: We include commercial and business opportunity listings. However, some boards within CARETS, such as CLAW/TheMLS™, do not provide these listings in RETS, so we are unable to show some commercial listings in this region on IDX websites, even if they are in a local MLS® System.

IDX Service Eligibility

IDX service is available only to active participants in the listed associations that operate MLS® Systems. To receive IDX service, you’ll need to complete an IDX license agreement, including broker signature, and be approved by your board. We’ll email you IDX licensing instructions when you sign up for an account.
